Date of the last update: June 1, 2015

By participating in the ScanSnap Improvement Program, users can contribute to improving the functionality, reliability, and performance of the ScanSnap to enhance convenience and usability.

Participation in the Program is optional. Information on the use of the ScanSnap is automatically collected from participants only. The information that is collected anonymously is used by PFU LIMITED and the PFU group to improve their products and related services as well as to plan their marketing activities. For improving the software for the convenient use of scanners, the information may also be shared with the developers.
